The Brief
A corporate client in Fitzrovia came to Loughton Direct to address ongoing wear and soiling issues within key access and circulation areas of their office. The building featured light-coloured carpet tiles throughout, including within main entrance routes and the library, which were becoming increasingly affected by dirt and moisture tracked in from outside.

The client required a solution that would protect these areas more effectively while maintaining a clean, professional appearance across the wider workspace.

Following a site review, Loughton Direct recommended upgrading the entrance areas with Milliken entrance matting tiles to help reduce the amount of dirt and moisture being carried into the building. New Milliken carpet tiles were also installed in the library, replacing the existing finish for an improved overall appearance of the space.

The completed works have improved both the look and performance of these key areas. With entrance matting now in place and the library flooring upgraded, the office is better protected against daily foot traffic while maintaining a cleaner overall finish.
